MLS Standings and Scores 2018

MLS Standings 2018 for regular season and playoffs are ready to check. Explore current session Major League Soccer (MLS) Table to find which teams are trending at top of the points table. We seen lot of changes in standings after completion of each matches in the league. Standings of all teams are changing frequently so we try to update the table after each match of MLS League.

We all know that MLS is a men’s professional football league organized by U.S. Soccer which represents United States and Canada in the MLS League. Major League Soccer was founded in 1993 and the first season was played with 10 teams. The league is divided into two conferences named Eastern conference and Western Conference.

As per MLS Schedule, Regular season matches are runs from March to October month. Post season (Playoffs) matches of MLS League runs in the month of November and December.

MLS Cup Final 2017 Updates:

Toronto FC has won the final match of MSL Cup 2017 which was played between Seattle Sounders. Club of Seattle was failed to reach at least one goal while Toronto got the match with 2-0. The Final match was played on 10th December at BMO Field, Toronto, Canada.

Toronto club won the title for the first time in the MLS League history. It is the Canadian professional soccer club from Toronto, Ontario.

MLS League format:

  • In regular season, Each of the MLS Teams are playing total 34 matches in which 11 matches played against opposite conference team while 23 matches are played against same conference team. Each club will play one match at home while other at away.
  • Each team will be receive three points for each winning match in the league, one point for draw match and zero point for loss.
  • Easter Conference will be play two extra intra-conference game while Western Conference will play one.
  • Total twelve (12) teams, top 6 from eastern conference and top 6 from western conference will be selected after completion of regular league season to play for MLS League Playoff matches. MLS Cup Playoffs will be end with the MLS Cup Championship final in December month.
